What’s Brewing: Empire Coffee

Empire Coffee is a Superior coffee shop with a “tap house” model.

“A lot of coffee shops you’ll go into, they’ll only have like one roast or maybe their own roast,” Owner Aryana Buck said. “We source from a bunch of different roasters from all over the area.”

She said that way, every time someone comes in, they might find something different.

Coming up at Empire is a new toffee crunch flavor, some Wednesday Bakery goods for Valentine’s Day, and new iced drinks for spring.

They also have a couple local artists and makers that are sold in the shop.

Empire Coffee is open on Tower Ave. seven days a week.
