A new restaurant and bar is only a couple of weeks away from opening in Superior.

Boulder Tap House has a target opening date of Feb. 26, although that could shift by a few days.

“We have 40 tap lines, so I will have a lot of lines to deal with and to play with, which is one of my favorite parts of this business,” General Manager Jen Wright said.

Wright said there will be lots of Minnesota and Wisconsin options from breweries like Earth Rider, Hop & Barrel, and Brickfield.

Boulder Tap House is on Tower Avenue and N 34th Street, where Grizzly’s used to be. They are still hiring some servers and kitchen staff.

There is also a location in Grand Rapids, Minn.
