Vikre Distillery is serving up a seasonal Strawberry Rhubarb Gin for the summer.
It was such smash hit during Chum’s Strawberry Rhubarb Fest that they expanded its sale beyond the event.
Now, it’s the main ingredient in the Summer Gimlet being served in the tap room.
Just shake the special edition gin with fresh lime juice and simple syrup for a vibrant twist on the classic cocktail.
