It’s important to keep kids active all year long, and the Young Athlete’s Foundation is helping out during the winter months.

Saturday the Young Athlete’s Foundation is hosting ‘Let’s Move At the Depot’ a fun family even that provides tons of activities to kids to spark healthy habits.

‘Let’s Move’ is geared towards kids from that are in kindergarten to early middle school and have other organizations like Minnesota Ballet, Duluth Harbor Monsters, Denfeld Football, and more in attendance.

According to the association, they hope the wide variety of sports and activities at The Depot will inspire kids to pursue a sport in the future and develop healthier habits.
