To watch the MSHSL tournaments in Duluth and the Iron Range, look for WDIO and MeTV on your cable or satellite system.
In the Twin Cities area, look for KSTC 45TV. In Southeast Minnesota, look for Start TV.

To stream on a Roku device, use the following steps:
- Find the “Streaming Store” in the home screen menu
- Click “Search” in the Streaming Store menu
- Type in “WDIO” and download the WDIO app
- Open the WDIO app to watch the stream
In the Twin Cities, search for the “KSTP” app.
In Southeast Minnesota, search for the “KAAL” app.
Watch on Fire TV
In Duluth and the Iron Range, search for the “WDIO” app. To stream on an Amazon Fire device, use the following steps:
- Search for the WDIO app by going to Find
on the main menu. You can also use the Alexa
or microphone
button on your remote.
- Select the WDIO app.
- To download the WDIO app, select Get
or the Shopping Cart
icon.
- Open the WDIO app to watch the stream
In the Twin Cities, search for the “KSTP 5” app.
In Southeast Minnesota, search for the “KAAL” app.
Watch on Apple TV
In Duluth and the Iron Range, search for the “WDIO” app. To stream on Apple TV, use the following steps:
- Find the “App Store” in the home screen menu
- Click “Search” in the App Store menu
- Type in “WDIO”
- Select the price or Get button. If you see the Open button instead of a price or the Get button, the app is already downloaded.
- Open the WDIO app to watch the stream

In Duluth and the Iron Range, search for the “WDIO” app. To stream on a Chromecast or Google device, use the following steps:
- Find the “Google Play Store” in the home screen menu
- Press the Assistant button
on your remote or select Search
on the home screen.
- Say or type WDIO to search for the app.
- Select Install.
- Open the WDIO app to watch the stream

- Follow the steps above to watch free over the air with an antenna on your TV
Option 2 – Cast from Our Mobile Phone App to Your TV
- Follow the steps below to download the WDIO mobile app to your phone.
- Make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV
- Use the “Screen Mirror”, “Screen Share”, or “Screen Cast” option on your phone to cast to the TV
- When you see your phone on the TV, open the WDIO mobile app and play the live stream
