#6 UMD women’s hockey blanked on the road against #2 Wisconsin

#6 UMD women’s hockey couldn’t get the job done in Madison, Wisconsin, as they lost to #2 Wisconsin 3-0.

In their 5th straight game against a top five team, the Bulldogs were stifled on the offensive end, as they were outshot 51-20. Mannon McMahon was the leading shooter, with five shots.

The Badgers scored two goals on opposite ends of the second period, and added insurance in the third, putting the Bulldogs away for good.

UMD will get a chance for revenge on Sunday, as they’ll stay in Madison for a 3 p.m. puck drop.
