The #9 UMD women’s hockey team, after defeating #2 Colgate yesterday, tied with the Raiders 1-1 on Saturday.

The lone goal by the Bulldogs came in the second period, when Grace Sadura found the back of the net after Jenna Lawry’s shot rattled around the net and popped out.

The Bulldogs were just a minute away from sweeping the Raiders, but a goal with 43 seconds left saved Colgate.

The Bulldogs will travel to Madison, Wisconsin next week to take on the #3 Wisconsin Badgers for a Saturday and Sunday series.
