The Thunder Bay Border Cats would score four unanswered runs to come back and defeat the Duluth Huskies 4-3 Tuesday night at Wade Stadium.

The Huskies got the first say, scoring the first run of the game in the bottom of the second. Max Coupe stole home on a Ethan Casas-Wu at-bat after the Border Cats opted for a catcher’s toss to second base. Then in the bottom of the third it was all about the Duluth East alums. First Joe Vos scored Charlie Sutherland off a triple to left, then Ethan Cole brought home Vos on a sac fly.

Thunder Bay would respond scoring one run in the fourth, then three in the seventh to secure the 4-3 win.

Duluth will seek the series split in their finale with Thunder Bay Wednesday at 6:35 p.m. back at Wade Stadium.
