The Duluth Huskies couldn’t splash down the Waterloo Buck’s on Thursday night at Wade Stadium as Huskies fell 4-2.

Top of the fifth, Bucks would take the lead with Larry Edwards coming in on a single from Kooper Schulte. Schulte will advance the bases on Jae William’s at bat – then come in when Williams pulls a single of his own. Bucks lead 2-1.

Bottom of the eighth, Huskies try to respond to their deficit when Larry Edwards hits a single to Bucks center fielder, and Lucas Moore races home.

Huskies would fall 4-2 to the Bucks.

Huskies will return home Friday, June 28th for their second chance to take on the Bucks at 6:35pm.
