Cherry junior Noah Asuma commits to the University of Minnesota
On Thursday, Cherry junior Noah Asuma announced on social media that he has committed to play baseball for the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
Noah will be joining his brother Isaac, who plays for Gopher men’s basketball, down at the University of Minnesota.
In the 2024 season, Noah helped Cherry baseball to their first state tournament since 2008, where they earned a fourth-place finish. Asuma excels in the infield, typically playing shortstop or third base.
