Chisholm native Eli Sundquist transfers to Minnesota Gophers baseball

Chisholm native Eli Sundquist has announced on Twitter his decision to transfer to the University of Minnesota Gophers baseball team for his final collegiate season.
Sundquist originally signed with South Dakota State University, where he played for three seasons with 48 appearances and 102 strikeouts. He transferred to Utah Valley State for the 2024 season, he recorded 20 appearances and 48 strikeouts.
From 2021-2023 Sundquist has also played for the Duluth Huskies as a pitcher.
