The College of St. Scholastica baseball team opened their home season with a doubleheader against their first MIAC foe of the season Bethel.

The Saints would capitalize on an early lead in game one to take the narrow win 6-5. In game two, the Royals would bounce back to overtake the Saints 7-3.
