Defensive battle between Proctor and St. Anthony girls’ soccer

Proctor Rails girls’ soccer came to play Thursday afternoon in their season-opening battle against the St. Anthony Huskies. Both teams brought their defensive a-game, keeping each team to no goals through the end.

The Rails begin the game with and attempt at a goal, but the Huskies’ goalie managed to block the attempt. Then soon after the Rails are able to show off their defense with a grab by their own goalie. Sealing off the first half still at zeros, the goalie battle continues with the Huskies back on the ground for the save.

Neither team would let up at the net, and the game came to close at 0-0.
