Duluth East boys hockey can't keep up with Wayzata
Duluth East boys hockey is still searching for their first win of the season, after falling to Wayzata 7-3 on Saturday.
The game started off on the wrong note for East, as they gave up four goals in the first period. The Greyhounds did have one of their own in the first though, as Kyle Peterson found the back of the net on a power play.
In the second, Marccus Anttila and Peterson scored back to back to cut the Trojan deficit to 5-3, but couldn’t finish the job, allowing two more goals.
The Greyhounds next turn to take on Champlin Park on Tuesday.
