The Duluth East Greyhounds baseball team opened up their season on Friday, but fell to Rochester Century and Rochester John Marshall 11-1 and 8-1 respectively.
Against Century, the Greyhounds found themselves in a deep hole, but were able to muster up a run, as Jackson Spoden knocked in Kyler Sundeen as the solo run.
The Greyhounds next take on Sartell on Tuesday, April 8th, with first pitch at 4:30 p.m.
