Duluth FC blanks Joy Athletic Club for big home opening win
On Wednesday, the Duluth FC men’s soccer club shut out the Joy Athletic Club 3-0 to open their 2024 National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) slate at home at Walt Hunting Stadium in Duluth.
Tyler Limmer scored the Bluegreens’ first goal at the 25th minute, giving Duluth a 1-0 lead at halftime.
In the second half, Duluth’s Felipe Santos scored in the 84th minute to make it 2-0. Then Limmer added one more goal in the 89th goal.
Duluth FC will next host Siouxland United FC Saturday at 7 p.m. back at Walt Hunting Stadium. For their full schedule, Click here.
