Duluth FC seeking first NPSL Regional title since 2018
Duluth FC is in the middle of one of their best seasons in program history.
On Wednesday they defeated Des Moines United FC 2-0 to secure their spot in the National Premier Soccer League’s (NPSL) Midwest Region Final on Saturday.
“Our team really has came together,” John Shuster said, co-owner of Duluth FC. “We dealt with definite adversity during the season. We had a few major injuries, and a few guys having to leave because of it. But the guys stepping in have stepped up and they’ve been an incredibly fun team to watch.”
Duluth FC is seeking their first NPSL Midwest Region title since 2018. A win secures them a spot in the National Semifinals.

Chilly Billy’s will be hosting a watch party at their new Mount Royal location in Duluth. They will have root beer floats and beer specials for anyone wearing Duluth FC merch. That starts at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
