Duluth Huskies stage impressive comeback, earn first home win of season
The Duluth Huskies battled back for a thrilling 10-9 win over the Badlands Big Sticks on Monday for their first home win of the season.
The Huskies were in a hole early, down 3-0 before Boots Landry drove in the first run for the Huskies.
In the top of the sixth, the Big Sticks put up five runs to put the Huskies at an 8-4 deficit, but the Huskies scored three runs in the bottom of the ninth and two in the tenth to walk it off.
The Huskies are next in action on Wednesday against the Thunder Bay Border Cats.
