Duluth Marshall boys soccer wins Duluth dual with Denfeld

On Thursday Duluth Marshall boys soccer held off Duluth Denfeld 3-2 to win their crosstown clash.
Matt Eklund scored the first goal of the game for Denfeld to lead 1-0. The Hilltoppers tied it up with a Denzel Majwega goal. Benson Peterson and Briar Mrozik also added goals for Marshall.
The Hilltoppers improve to 2-2 and next host Cloquet Tuesday at 4 p.m. Denfeld (1-3) hosts Grand Rapids Thursday.
