The Esko boys basketball team is bound for the Section 7AA championship game for the fourth straight year. They secured their title berth defeating Pierz 79-66 in the semifinals at Romano Gym Wednesday night.

Top-seeded Esko (22-7) advances to face second seeded Pequot Lakes (22-7) in the title game. The Patriots defeated Staples-Motley 59-37 in their semifinal.

The Section 7AA championship game tips-off Friday, March 14 at 6 p.m. at Romano Gym. It will mark the fourth straight year Esko and Pequot Lakes have met in the title game, with the Patriots advancing to state the last three seasons. For the full Section 7AA bracket, Click here.
