A former Grand Rapids boy’s hockey player is on his way to the Division I level.

Justin Kerr, a forward currently skating with the NAHL’s Lone Star Brahmas, has committed to Bowling Green State University.

Kerr last played for Grand Rapids back in 2022, where he recorded 12 goals and 10 assists.

He currently has 29 points with Lone Star.
