Former Viking Kyle Rudolph retires
Two-time pro bowl tight end Kyle Rudolph is calling it a career as he transitions into the media world.
After 12 NFL seasons and 10 as a Viking, the 33-year-old will become a Big Ten analyst on Peacock and co-host a Sunday night show on Fox Sports radio this fall.
The tight end spent his last two seasons as a New York giant, but will officially retire in the purple and gold. Rudolph tallied over 4,500 receiving yards and 50 touchdowns in his career.
He’ll be honored in week 3 when the Vikings take on the Chargers.
