Two Northland high school students announced their collegiate commitments this week.

Greenway’s own Chloe Hansen signed her National Letter of Intent (NLI) to play basketball for the University of Wisconsin-Superior. This winter she recorded her 1,000th point with the Raiders.

Also, Friday morning Cloquet’s Ava Carlson signed her NLI to play volleyball for Augsburg University. She breached the 1,000 kills mark with the Lumberjacks this fall, helping them to a Section 7AAA runner-up finish.
