The Twin Ports Pro Development Camp held at the Superior Ice Arena continued with day two on Tuesday. Among their star studded coaching staff is Hermantown native Ella Anick, who’s returning for her second straight year.

Now a Division I defender for St. Cloud State University, the 21-year-old is excited to once again give back to the community that fostered her love for hockey.

“We do things off-ice and on-ice. We have our two on-ice sessions where the first 45 minutes we do skating. So working on edges, keeping our good posture, learning good habits as skaters. Especially young, you want to get a good foundation. Then outside we do like fun games, little relay races,” Anick explained.

The 2024 Twin Ports Pro Development Camp continues through Thursday.
