Hibbing's Ayden McDonald commits to North Central men's basketball
Hibbing’s own Ayden McDonald is now taking his basketball talents to North Central University. He announced his commitment on social media on Monday.
McDonald spent one season with UWS men’s basketball from 2024-2025, and one with UMD men’s basketball from 2023-2024, after decommitting from Augustana University in 2022.
While at Hibbing High School, the 2022 graduate helped lead the Bluejackets to their first state tournament since 1989, shattering the program’s scoring record posting 2,432 points.
