After splitting a two-game series with the St. Cloud Rox, the Duluth Huskies are back at Wade Stadium for a five-game homestand. They kicked things off by hosting the La Crosse Loggers, a team they fell to on the road several days ago.
The Loggers get on the board first as Troy Laneve hits one to leftfield, it was caught, but Mic Paul notched the first run of the game.
In the second inning, the Loggers led by one until Michael Hallquist notched a sac fly, he’s out and Brylan West slid home to tie the game at 1.
The Huskies rally back from behind and win 7 to 4. They will hit the field again on Wednesday in a second match-up against the Loggers. Game time is set for 6:35 p.m.
