Huskies split home series with the Waterloo Bucks

here were rain showers earlier on Friday afternoon but that didn’t stop the Duluth Huskies from hosting game two of their home series against the Waterloo Bucks. The Huskies looked to split the series after the Bucks won 8-6 on Thursday night.
The Bucks were up by one until the bottom of the third inning when Max Coupe get a sac fly and splits his bat at the same time, sending Kasen Well home for the Huskies’ first run of the game.
The game is tied at 1 until Brandon Compton sends one deep down field giving Evan Borst the clear path home. The Huskies go on to win in a close one 6-5, splitting the series.
They will hit the mound on Saturday on the road taking on the Eau Claire Express then back home on Sunday taking on the Express again.
