Huskies sweep Dock Spiders in tight matchup
Joe Vos is joined by a young Duluth Huskies fan.
On Sunday, the Duluth Huskies beat the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 4-3 on home turf.
Neither team had anything working offensively until the Huskies were able to manufacture a run in the bottom of the third, with Charlie Sutherland driving in the first run.
The Dock Spiders would respond with a run of their own but soon after, Duluth delivered the decisive blow, putting up three runs in the bottom of the 4th.
The Huskies are back in action on Monday against the Thunder Bay Border Cats.
