Huskies win big over the Minnesota Mud Puppies at home

The baseball action isn’t stopping anytime soon for the Huskies as they hit the field tonight in search of a win after falling on Wednesday night against the La Crosse Loggers.
They welcomed the Minnesota Mud Puppies to Wade Stadium for a two-game match-up.
The Huskies jumped on the board first in the first inning as Brandon Compton sent a hit flying into the outfield, allowing Kasen Wells to score the first run of the game.
They went on to have three unanswered runs in the first and five unanswered runs in the bottom of the 8th to seal the game and win 12-4.
Game two against the Mud Puppies is on Friday, with the first pitch set for 6:35 p.m.
