Julianne Vasichek steps down as head coach of CSS women's hockey
After four seasons at the helm of the College of St. Scholastica (CSS) women’s hockey team, Julianne Vasicheck is stepping down as head coach.
She took over the program in the 2021-2022 season, after serving as an assistant coach for two seasons. In Vasichek’s time as head coach, the Saints went 32-61-6 overall, while undergoing a conference transition from the NCHA to the MIAC.
Vasichek herself is a two-time national champion with UMD women’s hockey.
CSS stated they will begin their search for her replacement immediately, with Vasichek staying on through the transition.
