Late surge lifts Superior boys hockey past Duluth Marshall
Superior boys hockey faced off against Duluth Marshall at Wessman Arena.
On Tuesday the Superior boys hockey team held off Duluth Marshall winning 2-1 at Wessman Arena.
No goals were scored in the first two periods. Hunter Hanson and Brady Haroldson broke through for Superior in the third period, while Layton Anderson scored for the Hilltoppers.
The Spartans netminder Trent Peterson would finish with 30 saves, and Marshall’s Landon Wheeler tallied 23 saves.
On Tuesday the Superior boys hockey team held off Duluth Marshall winning 2-1 at Wessman Arena.
