Local figure skaters leave with medals at L’Etoile du Nord Challenge

The Northland is know for hockey but our skills on the ice don’t stop there as multiple athletes from Duluth Figure Skating Club made their mark this month at the Bloomington Ice Garden for the L’Etoile du Nord Challenge.

Eskos very own Isabella Bowman claimed a spot as a Intermediate Women Group A Pewter Medalist.

Madeline Manion, hailing from Superior, was the second highest-scoring Minnesota skater in the Women’s Novice Event.

Harper Nelson took home the gold as the Pre-Juvenile Girls Preliminary Champion.

Along with Evan Zhou and Elsie Hoberg also taking home medals.
