Mike Randolph makes debut as Northern Lakes' head boys hockey coach

The Proctor boys hockey team dropped the puck on their 2024 Summerfest Friday. They welcomed teams from the Northland and Metro area to St. Luke’s Sports and Event Center and Hermantown Arena for the three day event.

One of the visiting teams is Northern Lakes boys hockey, now led by Mike Randolph.

The legendary Minnesota coach has been out of the Northland hockey scene for three years now, but his newest job at Northern Lakes allowed him to return. This winter will be Randolph’s first as bench boss of the Lightning after accepting the job back in May. He most recently coached at St. Thomas Academy.
