In a dramatic finish to the Section 7 tournament, the #2 Proctor/Hermantown Mirage blanked the #1 seed Duluth Marshall to advance to the state tournament, winning 4-0.

The game was physical to no end, with players shoving each other and even more skaters hitting the ice, as neither team scored until the third period.
In the third, the Mirage exploded for four goals, with the first coming off the stick of Taylee Manion.
This set the Mirage up for success, as they started peppering shots on goal and watching them fly through the net, as Katie Sandelin, Izy Fairchild and Morgan LaValley all scored in the win.
On the Duluth Marshall side, despite letting in four goals, goaltender Ray Anderson was excellent, tallying 55 saves on the night.
The Mirage now move on to the state tournament and find out their opponent this weekend.
