Noah Cates signs extension with Flyers

Former University of Minnesota Duluth men’s hockey captain Noah Cates signed a two-year, $5.25 Million contract with the Philadelphia Flyers on Monday. It has an average annual value of $2.625 Million.
Cates had 38 points playing in all 82 games as a rookie for the Flyers last season.
Selected by Philadelphia in the fifth round of the 2017 NHL draft, Cates has 47 points 18 goals, 29 assists in 98 regular-season games.
