Northland College hires former assistant Dana Wiezorek as head softball coach

On Tuesday Northland College announced the hiring of Dana Wiezorek as their next head softball coach. She isn’t new to Northland, having served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach to the LumberJills in 2019.
Wiezorek is an Ashland, Wisconsin native and has spent the last 23 years coaching softball.
Per Northland College, she started out at the Little League and Senior League serving on the Little League Board as the Head of Softball Program and started U10 and U12 teams. In 2016 Wiezorek was the Head Coach for Washburn/Bayfield High Schools Co-op, then transitioned to Assistant Coaching for Ashland High School.
