Northland College names Lee Dennis head men's soccer coach
He spent two years as their assistant coach, and now Lee Dennis is moving up to serve as head coach of the Northland College men’s soccer team.
The school made the announcement Wednesday afternoon.
Dennis played three seasons for the Lumberjacks from 2019-2021. His first fall in 2019 he helped lift them into the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) playoffs for the first time in program history.
As an assistant coach last season, Northland earned their most conference points going 8-4-2 in UMAC play.
He takes over for Greg Gilmore who departed to lead the Salem University men’s soccer team.
