Tuesday night the sixth seeded Northwestern boys basketball team defeated 11th seeded St. Croix Falls 63-45 in round one of the Division 3 Sectional 1 regionals.

Austin Lahti led with 20 points, while Boden Teal tallied 17 points and Gavin Williams added 11. Northwestern improves to 18-7 overall on the season, earning their fourth straight win.
