Northwestern’s Sedin, Kaufman announce collegiate commitments

Northwestern football standouts Luke Sedin and Tanner Kaufman are taking their talents to the next level.
A double threat, Luke Sedin announced his commitment to play football and baseball for the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Helping the Tigers go 10-1 last fall the quarterback threw for 1,390 yards and 18 touchdowns. A utility player on the diamond he had 24 RBI and a 1.64 ERA last spring.
His teammate Tanner Kaufman has committed to UW-River Falls football. The running back led the Tigers last season rushing for 1,188 yards for 17 touchdowns, adding four receiving touchdowns.
