Paula Bergstrom is off to a new team.

Bergstrom is headed to Frölunda HC, a Swedish professional ice hockey club based in Gothenburg.

Bergstrom competed in two U18 worlds with Sweden, and represented Sweden in the 2022 Beijing Olympics.

UMD didn’t have too much time with Bergstrom, as she came over from Long Island Univeristy just this past year.

Bergstrom laced up for 29 of UMD’s games this year and tallied four assists.
