Prep Girls Basketball: Proctor and Duluth Marshall earn big wins
On Thursday, Proctor girls’ basketball took home the win against Hermantown, and Duluth Marshall dominated over Duluth Denfeld.
At Hermantown, Proctor took an early lead thanks to baskets made by Lily Smith and Paige Evans. Hermantown would collect their own baskets from players like Hope Kohanski and Bailey Hermanson. The big moment for the Rails would be when Chloe Carlson hit her 1,000th career point.
Proctor would win 66-32 over Hermantown, extending their season record to 5-0. Proctor will return to face Superior on Tuesday, December 10th at 7:15PM. Hermantown will return to host Irondale on Saturday, December 7th at 1:30PM.

At Duluth Denfeld, the Hilltoppers make a large lead going into the second period, with players like Chloe Johnson and Anna Saari extending their lead.
Duluth Marshall would win 76-22, extending their season record to 4-0. Duluth Denfeld will return to host Greenway on Friday, December 6th at 7PM. Duluth Marshall will return to host Hopkins on Saturday, December 7th at 1PM.
