On Friday night, Grand Rapids defeated Duluth Denfeld 81-32, while #6 Superior fell to #11 Appleton East in round two of the Wisconsin regional playoffs, 63-49.

Grand Rapids used a steady offensive attack to stifle Duluth Denfeld, however Denfeld was able to get their fair share of offense going as well.

Duluth Denfeld finishes with a 3-22 record, while Grand Rapids finishes their season 13-12.

In Superior, the Spartans played their first game of the regional tournament, but couldn’t muster up athe comeback to win.

After trailing for much of the game, the Spartans cut the lead down to five, but ultimately couldn’t get over the hump.

Superior finishes their season with a 15-9 record.
