The Cloquet-Esko-Carlton boys soccer team has won four games in a row scoring 21 goals and giving up just 4. On Thursday night, they’d look to keep that rolling in Duluth, paying the Greyhounds a visit for their first official home game at Duluth East
Greyhounds Ben Black looked to score, but Lumberjacks Walker Marquardt denied him, but the ball landed in front of Jackson Whitehill, and he still found the back of the net.
Later on, a Lumberjacks corner kick from Anders Gunelson leads to a Brody Dushkin headed for the goal as the Lumberjacks win it 2-1.
They will hit the field again on Saturday, September 16th hosting Grand Rapids at 2 p.m. Duluth East will be on the road on Saturday, September 16 at Moorhead with the match starting at 2 p.m.
