Duluth Denfeld would protect their perfect record defeating Duluth East 48-14, and claiming the crosstown rivalry crown for the third straight year. Hermantown improved to 3-1 knocking off Grand Rapids 49-22. Moose Lake/Willow River downed Mesabi East 41-6 to earn their third straight win. East Central would pickup their first win topping South Ridge 20-13. In Maple, Wisconsin, Northwestern would topple Cumberland to improve to 3-2 on the season.
