Prep Sports Extra: September 29th

Friday marked week three for WDIO’s Prep Sports Extra. Every week, WDIO Sports will have the best highlights and all the scores from our local high school games during Prep Sports Extra at 10:30 p.m.

Esko and Barnum protected their perfect records improving to 5-0. Cloquet held off Proctor in overtime at their shared home of Egerdahl Field. Duluth Denfeld suffered their first loss to defending Section 7AAAA champions North Branch. In Wisconsin, Northwestern improved to 6-1 while Superior fell on the road.
