Proctor softball comes from behind to best Cloquet
On Tuesday, the Proctor softball team came from behind to beat Cloquet 2-1 at Egerdahl Field.
Carly Johnson drove in Morgan Olesiak for the Lumberjacks’ sole run in the top of the first. Proctor would score their two runs in the bottom of the third.
The Rails earned their third straight win to improve to 16-3 overall on the season. Proctor has two regular season games remaining. Their home finale is Thursday against Superior at 4:30 p.m., and their road finale is Friday at Rush City at 4:30 p.m.
Cloquet (10-7) will host North Branch for their regular season home finale Thursday at 4:30 p.m. Their road final is Friday in Bemidji at Noon.
