The Superior volleyball team will be under new leadership next year, as Kristin Reisgraf has been appointed the Spartans new leader.

Riesgraf is no stranger to volleyball in Superior, as she coached at UWS from 2011-2024 as an assistant coach, where she helped guide the Yellowjackets to the UMAC semifinals in 2022 and 2023, a first in program history.

Reisgraf is no stranger to Superior and certainly not to the Northland, as a Hibbing native and UMD graduate.

The volleyball program will begin practice in August and will host its first home game against Duluth Marshall on September 9th.
