Despite a back and forth contest for the majority of the game, Esko girls basketball pulled out a 60-53 win against Superior on Monday night.

Esko was led by Clara Swanson, who dropped 25 points, followed by Maya Johnson who scored 14.

Superior had a 20+ point scorer of their own, as Annabel Manion registered 23 points, but was the only double digit scorer for the Spartans.

Esko looks to win a second straight against Jordan on Friday, while Superior tries to rebound against St. Croix Falls on Saturday.
