Team USA clings to chance to claim a spot in the Olympics

Team USA clings to chance to claim a spot in the Olympics

Team USA curling is not particularly in a good spot. Led by Duluth’s Korey Dropkin, Team USA finished 11th in the curling World Championships over the weekend, falling short of an Olympic qualification.

The men received three points for 2025, meaning they missed the cutoff by one.

There is still a chance for team USA however. Both the men’s and women’s teams can still be Olympic bound if they finish in the top two of an international last-chance tournament in December in British Columbia.
