UMD freshman Isaac Howard enters transfer portal

The NCAA Division I men’s ice hockey tournament started Thursday.
While the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) is not skating on the national stage they are making headlines.
Bulldog freshman and first round NHL Draft pick Isaac Howard has officially entered the transfer portal.
The forward was a big grab for the Bulldogs, going 31st in the 2022 Draft to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
In one year at UMD he produced six goals and 11 assists in 35 games.
